Open data – the trend
Deal volume has more than doubled since 2021
Consolidation in roofing has accelerated sharply. After a surge in 2023, buyers stayed busy through 2025, when 65 deals closed across 47 different acquirers. This part is no secret, and we are happy to show it.
The takeaway is simple: roofing is in the middle of a roll-up. But a rising line raises the only question that matters to an owner, and the trend cannot answer it on its own.
